Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects, preferably in high-rise residential or real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects with reputed contractors, PMC, or client firms, and will ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, PMC, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and monitor best safety practices on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures proactively.
• Prepare project reports, schedules, and budgets for management review.
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet expectations in quality, schedule, and cost.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• Proven experience managing high-rise residential or large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
